Monthly Webinars for Smarter Financial Planning

We run these sessions because the questions kept coming up. Business owners across Tasmania and beyond were asking the same things about cash flow forecasting, budget adjustments, and making sense of their numbers during uncertain times.

So we started hosting monthly webinars where you can join from anywhere, ask what's actually on your mind, and get practical answers. No fluff or theory that doesn't work in the real world. Just useful techniques you can apply the next day.

Each session runs about 90 minutes. There's time for questions, and we always share the slides afterwards. Some people join live, others catch the recording later. Both work fine.

Riona Cavanaugh

Lead Facilitator & Financial Analyst

Riona hosts most of our webinars and has been working with Australian businesses on forecasting challenges since 2012. She started in corporate finance before moving to consulting, which gave her exposure to how different industries approach budgeting differently.

What makes her sessions useful is that she's seen hundreds of businesses struggle with the same issues. She knows where people get stuck and can usually explain a concept three different ways until it clicks.

"The most common mistake I see is people creating overly detailed forecasts that become impossible to maintain. Start simpler than you think you need to. You can always add complexity later if it's actually helpful."
